Joel C. Hall is a founding director of Hall & Ludlam, P.L.L.C. with extensive experience in commercial litigation, banking law, and creditor's rights. He has represented financial institutions, businesses, and individuals in complex legal matters throughout Oklahoma.

Jeffery S. Ludlam is a founding director of Hall & Ludlam, P.L.L.C. Mr. Ludlam graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Law in 1998. He is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma, the United States District Court for the Western, Northern, and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma and the State of Arkansas. His practice concentrates in commercial litigation and transactions, credit union law, creditor's rights, franchise law, aviation litigation, legislative ethics and compliance, and estate planning.

His work has been selected for The Best Lawyers in America every year since 2015. He was named an Oklahoma Super Lawyer in 2018–Present.

Lisa Ludlam is a director at Hall & Ludlam, P.L.L.C. Mrs. Ludlam is a 1994 cum laude graduate of Southern Methodist University where she earned her BA in International Studies with minors in Business Administration and Economics.

In 1997, she earned her Master of Business in Finance graduating with high honors from Oklahoma City University. Mrs. Ludlam is a 1998 graduate of the University of Oklahoma College of Law and was a member of the international legal honor society Phi Delta Phi.

She is admitted to practice in the State of Oklahoma and the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. Her legal practice is concentrated in commercial litigation and transactions, real estate, probate, and estate planning.

Bruce Robertson is an attorney at Hall & Ludlam, P.L.L.C. He brings broad litigation and transactional experience to the firm, providing clients with diligent, effective representation across a range of legal matters.

Bart A. Boren was admitted to bar, 1980, Oklahoma and U.S. District Court, Western, Northern and Eastern Districts of Oklahoma; 1982, U.S. Court of Appeals, Tenth Circuit.

Mr. Boren worked in the real estate development field in Dallas, Texas with a Fortune 500 company prior to law school. He worked on the Brookhollow Development in Dallas, Texas and the Marriott buy out of the Residence Inns. Mr. Boren has represented every type of creditor that may be benefited or affected by formal bankruptcy proceedings, out-of-court workouts, receiverships, liquidations, non-judicial restructuring and assignments for the benefit of creditors. These clients have included official committees of creditors, secured lenders, tax authorities, banks, bankruptcy trustees, landlords, trade creditors and indenture trustees. Mr. Boren has experience in every phase of complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy, workout and loan enforcement, including strategic sale of business divisions, complex forbearance arrangements, debtor-in-possession financing, relief from stay litigation and Chapter 11 confirmation disputes. Some of Mr. Boren's notable projects include the representation of the developer for the construction of the Leadership Square building in downtown Oklahoma City and the representation of the owner for the refinancing and ultimate sale of the Shepherd Mall in Oklahoma City.

Mr. Boren has also represented general contractors, subcontractors and financial institutions regarding construction law, materialman lien filing, construction foreclosure, and construction litigation.

Travis Lawler is a senior litigation attorney in Oklahoma City with more than fifteen years of courtroom and case-management experience. He handles civil matters from investigation through trial and appeal, with particular depth in real property, secured transactions, banking and foreclosure work, insurance defense, title disputes, construction and contract cases, probate, and bankruptcy.

He is licensed in Oklahoma and admitted in all federal courts and federal bankruptcy courts in the state. Clients and colleagues rely on him for motion practice, discovery, depositions, hearings, settlement work, and trial preparation in complex property, lending, and commercial disputes.

Travis received his J.D. from Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2009. During law school he was a class officer and class representative in the Student Bar Association, treasurer of the Corporate Law Association, and a member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court. He previously earned an MBA in International Business from OCU's Meinders School of Business and a B.A. in Corporate Communication from the College of Charleston, where he was a Division I varsity soccer player.

He is a member of Leadership Oklahoma City, the American Bar Association, the Oklahoma Bar Association, and the Oklahoma County Bar Association. In the community he has served on the Oklahoma Redbud Classic board and advisory board, volunteered with Allied Arts and Catalyst OKC, coached youth soccer, and remains active at Mayfair Heights Methodist Church and Quail Creek Country Club.

Rustin has appeared in courtrooms and board rooms throughout the country. For him, very few things compare to the excitement of being in front of a judge and jury, and he remains committed to perfecting his craft. Rustin has used his passion for the courtroom to gain extensive jury trial experience, a rarity among civil attorneys. He has represented clients in state and federal courts ranging in matters from breach of contract to complex litigation, even high stakes criminal defense cases.

Outside of the courtroom, he has a proven track record of managing his client's risk while putting them in position to take advantage of opportunities to grow their business and their personal net worth. He has structured numerous private equity offerings and has expertise advising clients on multi-million dollar mergers and acquisitions.

Rustin's prior experience includes the Law Offices of Orsen E. Paxton, III, P.C. and Jim Ross Law Group, P.C. where he was a Senior Trial Attorney. While there he received first chair jury trial experience in civil and criminal cases, broadening his experience even further. Rustin was responsible for an extensive caseload, supervising junior attorneys and support staff to achieve client satisfaction and profitability.

Kyle Puckett is an attorney at Hall & Ludlam, P.L.L.C. He assists clients across a range of practice areas, bringing diligence and attention to detail to every matter he handles.

Trevor Mendez is a litigation attorney in Oklahoma City. He earned his J.D. and an LL.M. in Dispute Resolution from Pepperdine University Caruso School of Law, where he received the Caruso Scholars Award and an Entertainment, Media, and Sports Law Certificate. He also holds a B.A. in Psychology from Pepperdine University.

Trevor's experience includes a legal internship with the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, Litigation Division, and a clerkship at a plaintiff's personal injury firm in California, where he drafted pleadings, discovery, and mediation materials and supported active case work.

He is admitted in California and Oklahoma and is a member of the Oklahoma Bar Association, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, and the American Bar Association.
