William R. Pace
William R. Pace primarily practices in the oil and gas, construction, and banking industries. William’s primary practice experience includes Banking and Transactional Matters, Real Property disputes, Corporate and Business Entity Formation and Maintenance, Commercial and Complex Litigation, Estate Planning and Probate.
In commercial litigation, William has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a wide range of matters, including lien enforcement and defense, contract disputes, creditors’ rights, receiverships, lender liability, intellectual property disputes, real estate disputes, litigation under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and all forms of business torts.
Additionally, William has helped numerous families and businesses plan and manage their legal affairs. William is an experienced litigator who prides himself on representing business owners from top to bottom in their business; From formation to succession planning and everything in between.
William is a graduate of the Oklahoma City University School of Law and the University of Oklahoma, where he studied Finance. A native of Edmond, William and his wife Hanieh live in Oklahoma City where they have three boys, Jameson, Harrison and J.W.
