Christopher M. Murphy

Christopher Murphy understands that people try to put off hiring an estate planning attorney as long as possible because they don't want to think about the end of life issues. These people need someone who cares about them and will help them get through the estate planning process as smoothly as possible.

Chris has practiced in many diverse areas of the law since 2000, including insurance defense work, tort claims, product liability claims, construction law, Section 1983 Constitutional defense, governmental tort claims, labor law, collection actions, adoption, and estate planning work.

Since 2006, his solo practice has been almost exclusively estate planning work, including drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and transfer on death deeds.

Chris works to help his clients avoid the unnecessary expense of probate by setting them up with the right estate plan at a reasonable price.

In his off time, he enjoys loving and serving his wife, Dr. Haley Murphy and his 4 children.  In addition, they serve at our local Life.Church Edmond campus with the Life.Kids team, helping lead kids to become followers of Jesus Christ.

He is also a founding Board Member of True North Ministries, Inc., a non-profit ministry serving men for Christ.
